Simpsons theme tune

The instruments/sounds/SFX i can hear are:
Harp
flute
trumpet
guitar
piano
bongo
vocals
pings
chalkboard
burp.

The music is very upbeat and fun it create a sense of exitment leading up to the programme, the song is very soulful and at the same time child like, it is a good combination for all appropriate ages.

Three reasons why the music fits with the visual sequence are:
1. it shows that it is a happy family programme.
2. represents a cartoon tune.
3.it is very fun and fast like the onscreen production.

Tempo-The speed of which the music is being played.
Dynamics-The variation and graduation with in the volume of the musical sound.
Rhythm-the pattern within the music, this can be regular or irregular.
Melody-A string of notes forming a sequence.
Texture-The quality of the sound.
Harmony/key-A combination of sound put together to make a sound well structured.
Structure-The layers with in the music, introduction, verses and chorus'.
Technology/SFX-Technological sounding with use of sound effects.
